CalendarMaker provides a quick and efficient way to create attractive monthly calendars displaying daily information. These professional calendars can be printed to the ImageWriter®, Laser Printers, and even to files for inclusion in page layout programs. Calendar options include full page (tall or wide), two months per page or pictorial styles, all with individual date icon reminders.
The program will directly import calendar files from Appointment Diary (in Smart Alarms‚Ñ¢), MORE!‚Ñ¢, SideKick‚Ñ¢, BatteryPack‚Ñ¢, text files and other CalendarMaker files. The import appends existing information so that various multiple calendars may be combined to create single master calendars.
CalendarMaker will preview individual days in the edit window and provide for a full-page preview of the completed monthly calendar, plus the ability to enlarge the display to actual print size.
Floating notes can be created that will print on the calendar in the unused boxes, across multiple dates or wherever the user decides. These are useful for multiple- day events and large reminders of upcoming events.
Date boxes hold up to 254 characters of text to be centered, left or right justified. Easy setup of preferences for page style, text style, monthly pictures, printing colors and monthly icons is built into the menus.
CalendarMaker prints to the ImageWriter or LaserWriter® and to the disk in text, Paint or PICT (MacDraw®) file formats. Full-color printouts are possible when using the ImageWriter II. Custom calendar sizes are available when output is sent to any of the printers.
IconMover™ (included with CalendarMaker) is a utility program that provides the ability to move, edit or design icons. The program further allows the user to “scrounge” icons from other programs or existing Paint files and reduce the scrounged area to a 32 dot by 32 dot icon. Twelve sets of icon files are included for users to rearrange or edit and then install in their own personal startup icon set. Dozens of icon files may be opened at one time for ease of transfer and editing.

VERSATILITY.
Choose from three different calendar types: Pictorial, full-page (tall or wide), or two months to a page.
Achieve a “perfect look” from a wide variety of sub-formats. Choose from square or rounded rectangle corners, solid, blank or patterned backgrounds. Place the date left or right in date box. Use either a Sunday-Saturday or Monday-Sunday format. Use custom page sizes, custom month headings, and custom credit line at bottom. Position Floating Notes anywhere. Place icons (small pictures to highlight special events) where you wish. Justify text (left, right or center), set font, size and style, character by character, condensed or expanded font selections.

Tell CalendarMaker to show day of the year and days remaining. It takes care of the calculations for you.

Just make your changes and print. Updating calendars with annual events such as birthdays and holidays is as easy as changing the year and printing again.

CalendarMaker comes with 12 sets of icon files. Rearrange or edit them for use in creating your own personal icon files.
Open dozens of icon files at once for ease in transfer and editing. Copy and paste icons from file to file. As a matter of fact, you can shift-select, drag a rectangle or “Select All” to work with several icons at once.
Technical users can even turn icon files into resource files to use with programs.
